As data controller, 7s.con determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We are committed to processing your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine law.

• GCash or PayMaya account details (mobile number associated with the account);
• Bank account details for bank transfer transactions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank);
• Debit card details (card number, expiry date — stored in tokenized form only);
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and dates.

2.3 Gaming & Activity Data

• Game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, and session durations;
• Bonus and promotion usage history;

5 Data Sharing & Disclosure

7s.con does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only where necessary and under appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya/Maya , and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals;
• Game Software Providers: Third-party game studios and RNG certification bodies whose games are hosted on the 7s.con platform, limited to the data necessary to deliver gameplay;
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services used to authenticate your identity documents during the KYC process;

7 Data Retention

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;

• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each gaming session;
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 7s.con's data disposal procedures.

10 Minors

The 7s.con platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. 7s.con does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 7s.con becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately terminate the associated account, delete the personal data, and return any deposited funds to the original payment source.

11 International Data Transfers

12 Policy Amendments

7s.con reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
