1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7s.con ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7s.con website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 7s.con platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 7s.con, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

7s.con reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 7s.con platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 7s.con or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7s.con platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

7s.con reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 7s.con may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 7s.con Services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 7s.con accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7s.con platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 7s.con is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 7s.con immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 7s.con will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 7s.con is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 7s.con account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both the transferring and receiving accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7s.con accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 7s.con account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. 7s.con reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be forfeited, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are not accepted on 7s.con and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card gambling deposits (prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7s .con are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 7s.con employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have its bonuses cancelled and any winnings derived from such abuse forfeited.

5.4 Eligibility. 7s.con reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on 7s.con use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform system.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, 7s.con reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. 7s.con is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 7s.con is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 7s.con reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7s.con platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, automated software, exploits, or any other unauthorized means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing winnings;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 7s.con account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7s.con staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;

9 Privacy & Data

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7s.con platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of 7s.con or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 7s.con platform without prior written consent from 7s.con.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7s.con and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

7s.con's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 7s.con account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by 7s.con. 7s.con reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

13 Amendments

7s.con reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7s.con will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7s.con platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 7s.con customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court of jurisdiction.
